Biography:UCCKC will never be the same without Pat at the helm for our beginners and intermediates classes.
Pat provided years of insights and experience in practically applying karate. He took a step back from coaching in 2017, leaving a generation of young karateka with tougher arms, and self defence skills which will not be forgotten.
